Lights on for Families 5k and Fun Run
WHAT: Light up the night for Utah families. The FSC 5K Glow Run takes over Sugar House Park after dark with neon zones, blacklights, and high-energy music. Run the full 5K or take the Quick Spark route (~1.5 miles)—your call. Every participant gets a glow kit. Finish line party included.
All funds support the Family Support Center's crisis nursery, parenting classes, and LifeStart Village.

Register before June 20 to guarantee your race shirt and swag.

Family Field Day
WHAT: Remember field day? We're bringing it back—and everyone's invited. Join us for a free community celebration packed with lawn and field games, cotton candy, hot dogs, face painting, and prizes. We're also hosting a free kids' clothing swap: bring your little one's outgrown clothes and swap them for the next size up. Good fun, good food, and a great way to stretch your back-to-school budget.

Coats, Costumes, Cookies and Cocoa
WHAT: The Family Support Center is getting ready for the chilly days and spooky fun ahead! We invite you and your family to a special community event designed to get the whole family ready for autumn and Halloween. Bring the kids down to the center to pick out a warm winter coat and a fun Halloween costume completely free of charge. While you shop, you can warm up and treat yourself to some delicious seasonal goodies!
